Safeguarding

Learning must be safe before it can be effective.

These principles guide programme design. A board-approved operational policy and named safeguarding contact are required before learner activity starts.

Core controls

Age-appropriate participation, guardian consent for minors, screened and trained adults, restricted communication channels, documented boundaries, and prompt incident escalation.

Reporting

Learners and adults must have a confidential, accessible route to raise concerns without retaliation. Emergency and statutory referrals follow local law and professional guidance.

Privacy and dignity

Nexora will not publish learner hardship stories, images, projects, or identity details without informed and revocable consent. Access to sensitive records is role-limited.

Next step

Take the most relevant action.
